Fill out a short form with your contact information and preferred call time. Our team will then reach out to guide you through the process, finish your registration, and request a health summary from your GP.

Step 2

Complimentary nurse screening

Have an initial screening with an AHPRA-registered nurse at no cost. Ask questions, discuss any concerns, and find out if you're eligible for a doctor’s consultation.

Step 3

Doctor consultation

Speak with an AHPRA-registered doctor by phone and receive a personalised care plan based on your medical history. Ask any questions directly to the doctor during your consultation.

Step 4

Ongoing Care

Your consultation is just the beginning. If clinically appropriate, our team is here to provide continued support throughout your treatment journey. Whether you have questions, need a follow-up appointment, or wish to discuss changes to your care plan, we’re only a message or phone call away.

Do I need a referral to see a provider?

No referral is required to get started with EconoHealth. We ask all patients to provide a current health summary from their GP. If you're transferring from another clinic, we also kindly request a discharge letter to help ensure continuity of care.
